1.Who we are and what these terms cover
Sprint Lab System (“SLS”, “we”, “us”) is operated jointly by Daniel Scott Allan and Daniel Martin, 88 The Oval, Bath, BA2 2HE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hi@sprintlabsystem.com.
These terms apply to your use of the SLS website (sprintlabsystem.com), our free Blueprints, and the paid Sprint Recovery Blueprint. By using the site or our materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2.What SLS is — and what it is not
SLS provides general educational information about sprint training, recovery, sleep, nutrition and athletic performance, drawn from research and practical experience.
It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a personalised programme designed for your individual circumstances. Everyone’s body, health history and training situation is different. You should use your own reasonable judgment when applying anything you read from SLS, and you should get advice from an appropriate professional — such as a doctor or physiotherapist — where your situation calls for it, especially if you have (or suspect) a medical condition or injury, are managing a health issue, or are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of something you read from SLS. Physical training carries inherent risk, and you are responsible for training within your own limits.
3.Free Blueprints and email
Our free Blueprints are delivered by email through our email platform. As the sign-up form explains, signing up for a Blueprint also subscribes you to SLS sprint-training emails — practical tips, research, updates and occasional offers — and you can unsubscribe at any time. Receiving a free Blueprint does not oblige you to buy anything. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4.The Sprint Recovery Blueprint (paid product)
The Sprint Recovery Blueprint is a digital product (a downloadable PDF) currently priced at £20 as a one-time purchase, with instant digital access and lifetime access included. Purchases are made through the checkout hosted by our commerce provider, Kit; the price and any terms presented at checkout apply to your purchase. Access is for your personal use.
See section 6 (30-day Application Guarantee).
Your statutory rights. This guarantee is a goodwill promise and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer — including your rights under UK consumer law in relation to digital content — which are not reduced, replaced or excluded by anything in these terms.
5.Cancellation and refunds
As a consumer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the Blueprint is digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once the download begins. To cancel, email hi@sprintlabsystem.com with your name and the email address you bought with; you may use the model cancellation form below. Our 30-day Application Guarantee applies in addition to these rights.
Model cancellation form. To Sprint Lab System, hi@sprintlabsystem.com: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following digital content: [product], ordered on [date]. Name: [ ]. Email: [ ]. Date: [ ].
6.30-day Application Guarantee
If within 30 days of purchase you have gone through the Blueprint, applied its protocols and feel it has not given you a clearer recovery system around your training, email hi@sprintlabsystem.com from the address you bought with and we will refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. This guarantee is offered by Sprint Lab System, 88 The Oval, Bath, BA2 2HE, United Kingdom, applies wherever you bought from, and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which are not affected.
7.Intellectual property
The content of the SLS website, our free Blueprints, and the Sprint Recovery Blueprint — including text, structure, protocols, trackers, graphics and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. When you download a free Blueprint or buy The Sprint Recovery Blueprint, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training. You may not copy, share, republish, resell or distribute our materials, in whole or substantial part, without our written permission. Short quotations with credit are fine.
8.Acceptable use
Please use the site normally and lawfully. In particular, do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site; do not scrape, harvest or bulk-download content; and do not misuse our sign-up forms (for example, by submitting other people’s email addresses without their permission).
9.Third-party platforms and links
SLS operates on and links to third-party platforms — including Instagram (Meta) and Kit’s checkout and email services. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for how they operate. Links to any other third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse or control them.
10.Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available and its content accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw content at any time. Content reflects our understanding at the time of writing and may be updated as evidence and best practice develop.
11.Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the United Kingdom.
Subject to that: the free content on this site is provided for general information, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it as a substitute for appropriate professional advice; and we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, or for business losses (the site and our products are supplied for private, non-commercial use). Where we supply you a paid product, you have the remedies UK consumer law gives you, and these terms do not take them away.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example if we add products or features, or the law changes. The version published on this page at the time you use the site or make a purchase is the one that applies.
13.Governing law and where disputes are handled
These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts, and you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law where you live.
