If you have interacted with Sprint Lab System — for example by commenting on our Instagram content, receiving a Blueprint by DM, subscribing to our emails, or buying a product — you can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
To request deletion
- Email hi@sprintlabsystem.com.
- Say that you are requesting deletion of your Sprint Lab System personal data.
- Include enough detail for us to find your records: the email address you used with SLS and/or your Instagram username, as applicable.
Never include your Instagram password or any other password — we will never ask for one.
We may ask for limited additional information where reasonably necessary to confirm the request is really from you.
What happens next
We will locate your records across our systems and service providers (such as our email platform and our Instagram automation records) and erase or anonymise your personal data where the right to erasure applies. This is a request rather than an automatic outcome — under UK law the right to erasure is not absolute, and in some situations a record may lawfully need to be kept: for example where the law requires us to keep it (such as certain purchase records), or a small suppression record so that, if you have opted out of marketing, we do not accidentally contact you again. If any of your data falls into that category, we will tell you what we have kept and why.
We will respond without undue delay, and normally within one month, subject to any extensions or exceptions the law allows.
